"I finished 12th — and nobody told me what to actually do next."

Anant Tripathi started at HCL Technologies as a data analyst — after a degree in Computer Engineering from Bilaspur, a wrong stream choice after Class 10, and no campus placement. Over the next 14 years he built his career entirely on his own, working across HCL, Goldman Sachs, Cognizant, and Acuity Analytics, where he now leads teams in business operations, automation, and sales enablement for global financial clients.

None of that came with a guide. Every choice, every city, every pivot — figured out alone.
